Focal Point Television produce content for conferences, exhibitions and live events worldwide – we deliver when second chances are not an option! PR, Social Media & Media Training

Having partnered with PR companies for decades we are well aware of the sensitive agency/client relationship. We can turn social media content around very quickly - crucial in today's digital age. Some PR agencies use our mock TV & Radio studio for media training, discreetly set up at your agency or clients premises. Being schooled in the art of 'going live' under realistic conditions has helped many clients when it comes to facing the press for real. We can work with your in-house trainers, or supply experienced BBC journalists.

Commercials

Our TV commercials have been broadcast on many major UK channels, from ITV1 to Channel 4. We can help you from initial concept development and storyboarding, through to final delivery, and all stages in-between. We have produced over 80 TV commercials winning a number of awards along the way. We keep up-to-date with all the latest technical and licensing requirements ensuring a hassle free production.

Documentaries

We have produced over 50 hour-long documentaries – from in-depth music biographies on Michael Jackson, Madonna and Nirvana, to historical subjects covering ballet, British abbeys and the police force. We have also supplied camerawork for ITV documentaries – including Jordan and Peter Andre's reality TV series. We have extensive experience in licensing archive footage and music.

Infographics, Titles & FX

With our award winning in-house FX services, our graphics can bring your video alive. Services include short infographic-style films for YouTube, full 3D animation, green-screen work (filmed in our in-house studio, or at your client's location), logo and sting design, right through to complex multi-layered cinema-quality compositing. We use the latest industry standard software and are equally confident using traditional in-camera filming techniques.

3D Animation

Digital

The days of handing over a finished VHS tape to a client are truely over! From 4K to bluray, you can be reasured that we work with all the latest popular digital formats and file sharing platforms. These days your content needs to be shared across multiple social media platforms – understanding these requirments can be daunting! Working closely with you from the beginning of a project, we can steer you past many of the common mistakes people make.

Web Ready

The internet has changed the way we use video dramatically. There are so many variables to consider – phone & tablet compatability, file size & format, download speeds – these should all be considered at the start of your production. We have become experts at web video, so trust our experience!

Foreign Languages

Knowing in advance that a video will require a foreign language version often means adapting your production workflow accordingly – something Focal Point Television have much experience in. We often translate, over-dub or subtitle a single programme into many different languages – including all major European languages, as well as Chinese, Japanese and Thai. We use a large roster of translators and native voiceover artists – localising your video for most foreign markets.

DVD & Bluray

We can produce all aspects of DVD and bluray creation. From initial authoring, fully interactive menus or simple play on insert. Discs can contain different languages, subtitles, be formatted for different territories and even be copy protected.
